At Rockstone, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Please read the information below for details on our delivery options, timeframes, and charges.

1. Delivery Options & Charges

UK Standard Delivery:

£4.99 flat rate
Free on orders over £70
Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days

UK Express Delivery:

£7.99 flat rate
Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days (orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday)

International Delivery:

Charges and delivery times vary by country
Calculated at checkout
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees applied by their country

2. Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 12pm (GMT) Monday–Friday are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or bank holidays are processed the next working day.
During peak periods (sales, new collection launches, etc.) processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

While we work with trusted delivery partners to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, courier delays, customs clearance for international orders).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, your courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. It’s your responsibility to follow up with the courier to arrange a new delivery or collect your parcel.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@rockstonetraining.com with your order number and tracking details, and we’ll investigate it for you.
