Refund Policy

At Rockstone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it to us in accordance with the policy outlined below.

 

 

 

 

1. Returns

 

 

Eligibility for Returns:

 

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) must be included with the return.

 

 

Items Not Eligible for Return:

 

  • Underwear, socks, and other intimate items (unless faulty)

  • Sale items or promotional items marked as ‘Final Sale’ (unless faulty)

 

 

 

 

 

2. How to Return an Item

 

 

  1. Contact Us: Email info@rockstonetraining.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Approval: We’ll confirm your return request and provide return instructions.

  3. Post Your Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the return address we provide.

 

 

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

 

 

 

3. Refunds

 

 

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s):

 

  • If approved, a refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

 

 

Please note:

 

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or you received the wrong product.

  • If items are returned in an unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Exchanges

 

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

 

 

 

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

 

If your item arrives faulty or not as described:

 

  • Contact us at info@rockstonetraining.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and if possible, a photo of the fault.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
